		<description>Hello Mrs. Tldz,

We never knew you had a blog! How exciting! I just caught up on it and added it to my reader.

We had a wonderful time at the park with you all. The boys enjoyed playing with Foster Mulan. She was very happy to be playing at the park. She did enjoy swinging several times - very high was the request. I want to apoligize again for being so late, last week was one of those weeks where all your plans either don't happen as planned or happen at all. The boys had a lot of other plans for outings - so we had to stay home a lot.

Don't be too hard abot tying shoes. I could not do it until I was in second or third grade. I dreaded rainy days on PE day since one game we played was take your shoes off, put them in a huge pile, then there was a race to see who could get their shoes out, put on, and tied the fastest. I was always on of the last with loosely tied, or barely tied, shoes. It is such a combination of fine and gross motor contol that it can take time. Once I had my vision corrected, it did become easier to tie my shoes. I could see the detail finally of what every one was doing. It was no longer "magic".

I will keep Foster Mulan in my prayers and hope that a change in the situation might arrive soon. Maybe soon she will be of the age where she can voice an opinion of where she wants to live. Please let me know how we can help you offer her normal childhood experiences when she is with you! She is a sweet little girl.

Sorry so long, :)
