Successful surgery

Agent Murphy came through his surgery with flying colors.  We are very relieved.  The procedure was quick enough that by the time I pumped milk for his post-surgery meal, I only got half a rosary in before the surgeon came to tell us he was finished.

Agent Murphy hardly fussed at all.  He’s such a good boy!  He’ll like getting back to his regular schedule tomorrow, though.

We get to take the bandage off his foot on Monday, but we have to keep his foot dry until next Friday.

    That’s wonderful news! Woo! Your time will be freed up to send me a recipe for quiche. (It would be funny if we had you over and we served you the exact same food).
