Oh boy. Well, Mr. Tldz's big meeting has been rescheduled for tomorrow morning at 7:30, so we're hoping for the best.

I have an interim boss while they go through a hiring process. We met with the interim boss and the new boss today and we were told that we were valued and that there were great plans for our future, but they couldn't answer any of my questions without being snippy. I must be *terribly* hard to please.

I'm sorry. It's amazing what a difference a boss can make. Do you know yet who your new boss is?

This sounds just awful. I applaud Mr. Tldz for having the self-confidence, organizational skills, and communication skills to approach his boss with ongoing problems. I have had far too many problems with this sort of thing, and the best course of action would have been to work it out. I have to hope that the goal of any good employer is to keep everyone employed and happy as much as possible.

My boss of 3 years had his last day last Friday as he departed for a less-stressful environment. Wouldn't you know that the head hunter who placed both myself and this boss at this job emailed me that very day to ask how things were going? Not good, I say. They are not good.
